I really love my Diabetic life, in fact it is very valuable for me and my health.
Shocking? I am sure if I didn’t get diabetes then I’ll not be able to change my lifestyle, especially my diets. I am 35 years but looks like 45, I am over weighted and I got lots of belly. I use to ate oily and healthier foods, I was putting my weight up and up day by day. In couple of months I came to know that I am diabetic, I used medicines more than my meals. OH! That was too horrible I don’t want to remember that days again, I really hate eating medicines….
So afterwards while surfing on internet I came to know about the importance of vegetable in diabetic life, so I had changed my diet plans, before that I wasn’t using as much vegetables but now when anybody take a look on my shopping cart they would calling me “vegetarian”. In all vegetables I use cauliflower most, because cauliflower got too low carbs, one of the healthier vegetables that I always want to have in my meals.
Cauliflower has vitamin D that acts as an anti-inflammatory agent because its is a good source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. Cauliflower also includes selenium (symbol Se and atomic number 34), a well known mineral used to reduce toxins and assist a proper and balanced healthy immune system.
Benefits of using Cauliflower:

Cauliflowers consists of few kilojoules and lots of fibres.
They are rich in vitamin C, providing up to 50 percent of daily need, which helps in defending cells from damage due to high blood glucose.
They are an excellent source of folic acid, potassium and vitamin B6. Like cabbage and broccoli, cauliflowers are loaded with anticancer compounds. A research found that an individual taking the biggest amounts of cauliflower have smallest risk of lungs, stomach, digestive tract and rectal cancers.
