Get rid of that double
chin, at home!
Is that double chin spoiling all
your pretty pictures? Though surgery is an easy way out to cut that ugly flab
out, there are homemade
remedies also
which can rescue you.
Chew any sugar free gum
Chew any sugar free gum
This is a kind of face exercise which helps you to tone your face muscles. Chewing a sugar free gum will give your jaw line a workout that will yield quick results. It also results in healthier teeth and gums. Do this several times a day to get best results.
Cocoa butter
Rub a few tablespoons of cocoa butter on your throat and chin to get rid of your double chin. Massage it gently before going to bed or before going for a shower. Cocoa butter improves the elasticity of the skin.
Massage with wheat germ oil
Wheat germ oil is great to get your chin in shape. Regular massages with the oil help tighten the skin and also provide ample nourishment. Before going to bed, rub some oil gently on your neck and throat. Massage for 20 minutes upwards from the bottom of the neck to the chin. Leave the oil overnight for best results.
Egg white facial mask
You can make a homemade facial mask to eliminate double chin fast with the help of egg whites. To make this, you need egg whites of two eggs, a tablespoon of milk, small amount of peppermint essential oil, one tablespoon of honey, and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk it. Now apply this mask to the skin around your chin and neck area and allow it to dry for about forty five minutes. Once dry, rinse it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily to enjoy quick results.
Drink a lot of water
This might sound a far-fetched plan but water plays an important role in helping to lose weight and reduce the appearance of double chin. Studies have shown that lack of water can add weight to the face. Drinking at least 10-12 glasses of water daily is necessary. Keeping the body hydrated is important and so is flushing out all the unwanted toxins.

Coffee can increase
physical, mental performance
Caffeine found in coffee leads to
an increased production of adrenaline which stimulates energy production and
improves blood flow to the muscles and the heart, says an expert.
According to John Stanley, lecturer in biochemistry, Trinity College, caffeine could modulate fatigue and influence ratings of exertion, perceived pain and energy levels, all of which are likely to lead to improvement in performance.
"The ability of caffeine in coffee to improve physical performance during aerobic exercise and to restore mental performance when it has been impaired by fatigue deserves wider recognition," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Stanley as saying.
Drinking a cup of coffee about 20-30 minutes before you exercise can allow you to exercise for up to 30 per cent longer. The most notable impact of caffeine on performance is in sports such as swimming, cycling and tennis.
Moderate coffee intake can also help improve alertness and concentration due to its caffeine content.
Caffeine is well known for its stimulating effects which have proven benefits for mental performance. In fact, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has concluded that there is sufficient evidence to support a cause and effect relationship for the effect of caffeine on alertness and attention.
